"Always buy travel insurance!! My husband and I took our first trip to Paris for our anniversary. Since it was international and our first time traveling internationally we decided to buy travel insurance. We will never go without it again! The buying process was super easy. Jessica was very helpful and very quick! We felt good just having it. But then we ended up really needing it! Our flight coming home was delayed, but the airline failed to inform us that we still needed to check in at the original check in time. They wouldn't let us check in when we arrived at the airport. I contacted Jessica and she quickly replied and told me to contact Travel Guard and sent me the number. They were wonderful! They handled everything. They got us on a flight for the next day and got the airline to cover the cost. And they booked us in a hotel for the night. They even called to check and make sure we got to the hotel and got settled in. They made a bad situation a lot better! If you're going back and forth about getting travel insurance, I highly recommend it! And for just a little extra money it covers so much! Hopefully you won't need it, but if you do, it's a life saver!."
